Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive mass media advertising strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels, including radio, television, and billboards.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create compelling and effective advertising content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make datadriven decisions and improvements.
  • Lead the marketing team by providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Drive creative development and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all campaigns.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
  • Build strong relationships with media partners and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing with a focus on mass media advertising.
  • Proven track record of successful mass media campaign management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with advertising technologies, platforms, and tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Previous experience managing teams in a fastpaced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in advertising, marketing, or related fields.
