Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Content Studio Maestro takes the stage to lead a team of 7 talented rockstar creatives.

From print to digital and photoshoots, this masterful conductor orchestrates a seamless workflow, ensuring every creative process hits all the right notes.

The Content Studio Maestro receives a competitive compensation package ranging from ZAR 480,000 to 540,000 per year (depending on experience, of course).

This role offers the thrilling opportunity to work with the Louis Vuitton of Kitchen Supplies on a global scale.

Required Criteria:

  • A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in building and executing creative workflow processes.
  • Exceptional intercultural communication skills, bridging gaps effortlessly.
  • A proven track record of strong production/project management skills, preferably with agency experience.
  • A deep understanding of the entire design process, from concept to completion, and beyond.
  • Experience in financial management and a knack for budget wizardry.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and rally the team to achieve greatness.
  • Bonus points for those who have worked with omnichannel retailers, mastering the intricate world of retail.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, conquering spreadsheets and presentations with ease.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), unleashing creative prowess.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Mastering the entire creative design process, encompassing print, digital, and photoshoots.
  • Demonstrating empathy to understand the unique needs and working styles of each creative team member.
  • Bringing order and operational discipline to the creative and commercial teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Guiding projects through the creative pipeline with finesse and delivering exceptional results.
  • Translating local and global briefs into aweinspiring creative concepts that captivate audiences.
  • Cultivating a learning culture and driving continuous improvements in processes and creativity, with empathy at the forefront.
  • Managing shared resources and coordinating effectively with local teams for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintaining a meticulous eye on finances to ensure budgets stay on track throughout the creative journey.
  • Organizing and maintaining a wellstructured archive of creative assets for easy accessibility.
  • Leveraging external creative sources when necessary, infusing that extra touch of sparkle into projects.
  • Keeping the internal management tool, Trello, uptodate and functioning smoothly.
  • Collaborating closely with the Content Studio, various departments, Group Marketing, and Group Brand.
