What amazing People will bring to the role:

_You must have 1 -2 years' e_xperience of working in a similar training management position is desirable. 3 years' experience of working in a call centre/BPO environment. Experience in Financial Services/Insurance in a training management role is desirable but not essential. Proven experience of supporting with the management of L&D teams, ideally across multiple locations. Along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal communication Excellent presenter, with extensive experience of delivering learning activities. Demonstratable experience of designing and creating training material.

Minimum requirement:

  • Management of the L&D team including all performance management, HR and ongoing development processes
  • Develop the skills within the team so they can deliver first class training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Manage training and development processes ensuring all new hires receive highquality orientation and onboarding experiences to maintain a high employee performance level.
  • Work closely with the operational teams (internally and external clients) to determine training needs and requirements for all campaigns.
  • Accountable for all upskill sessions required on each campaign.
  • Schedule training sessions, track and monitor team resource, organize information technology and other equipment, and manage course enrolment.
  • Use data and other appropriate MI to monitor and measure the success of training provided by learning and development.
  • Management of the Client Trainer model, ensuring that they are billable when not working within Training.
  • Be highly collaborative and build solid crossfunctional relationships with departmental heads and management across the business. Work closely with key stakeholders in addressing gaps in the overall training mission.
  • Measure program delivery quality, which ensures continuous improvement, maintenance, and adjustment in program delivery approaches, to maintain pace with business growth.
  • Manage knowledge transfer to other trainers in the business and ensure appropriate accreditation checks are completed.
  • Implement a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team through regular Trainer Observations, feedback from agents and audits.
  • Work closely with the Projects team on new client implementations.
  • Work with other operational staff to ensure any project or procedural changes are trained and communicated with the staff.
  • Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods.
  • Work with the Quality and Coaching Manager to ensure all training reflect the behaviors outlined by the coaching framework.
  • Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development activity.
