Job PurposeEducate clients on the functionality of self-service digital solutions, while addressing their sales and service needs to support business objectives and expand market presence.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver client services to a range of stakeholders (Beneficiaries, investors, financial planners, etc.) by responding to inquiries, providing information, and resolving instruction errors.
- Offer technical assistance for Collective Investment Schemes and retirement products.
- Effectively manage workload and assigned cases within specified service level agreements.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may lead to financial losses, reputational harm, or process breakdowns by following business controls, identifying control gaps, and correcting inaccurate data.
- Address compliance issues in alignment with the regulatory framework, requiring a solid understanding of FICA, AML, TCF, and KYC standards.
- Oversee the instruction mailbox queue (managing manual instructions) and transition clients to digital submissions, including documenting manual instructions for processing and identifying tasks that cannot be completed digitally.
- Contribute to enhancing processes and exploring automation opportunities.
Depending on workload and capacity, you may also be involved in additional responsibilities such as:
- Processing death claims according to CIS and Pension Fund regulations
- Conducting bank reconciliations to address unmatched transactions and allocate or clear these funds
- Participating in data cleansing initiatives
