Duties include:

  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and sourcing new business 25%
  • Manage and control processes from surveys and quotations to receiving orders, executing the work and completion of records, to submission of paperwork for financial and compliance documents to be issued to clients
  • Plan, manage and control the production and related activities and responsibilities of the workshop staff and maintenance teams on multiple sites, administrators, and stock storeman
  • Manage staff with the support of the HR division
  • Manage, evaluate, and improve divisional systems, production, administration, workflow and procedures
  • Interact with and assist the bigger management team to attain the company goals and vision

Skills and abilities:

  • Computer Literate
  • MS Office
  • Assertive with strong communication and people skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in English. Afrikaans and Xhosa are highly advantageous
  • Excellent at Time Management and composed
  • Highly organised
  • Meticulous, resilient, determined, and efficient.
  • Being able to initiate managerial functions such as planning, executing, evaluating

Requirements:

  • Driver's licence
  • Matric with Mathematics/Maths Literacy
  • Min 5 years' experience in successfully a managerial/supervisory role being responsible for client relationship, production of teams working on clients' sites and administrators.
