WHAT YOU'RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the HubSpot software setup, tool training, and initial campaign planning.

The customers vary in size, so you'll excel in the role if you are motivated and have strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the flexibility to help with a variety of projects.

These projects sometimes require integrations with other platforms, as well as data migrations. An understanding of how these integrations and migrations work is beneficial.
The team at Inbound Fintech understands the importance of having freedom to be the most productive, thats why they continue to work remotely but if you fancy a change of environment, you're always welcome to work in the office located in London
This is a full-time remote or hybrid position.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
Communicating with the customer to ensure a successful onboarding process to the HubSpot software
Training and educating customers on how to effectively utilize all the tools HubSpot has to offer
Working closely with the customer to develop knowledge of their needs and become a trusted advisor
Ensuring the required technical setup is completed efficiently and in a timely manner
Having regular strategic calls with customers to drive product adoption and launch of growth-oriented campaigns
Being the architect of technical solutions to complex business processes and needs
Curating and owning multiple HubSpot implementation and integration projects
Staying up to date with the latest HubSpot trends and suggesting potential improvements.

WHO YOU ARE
You are able to carry out HubSpot product training sessions via web conference software
You are able to manage simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients
You have past experience with setting up CRMs and organizing sales processes
You're able to build marketing campaigns in the HubSpot marketing Hub and establish a customer feedback loop
You have a thorough understanding of the HubSpot software - from Marketing and Sales to Service Hub
You are able to collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and solve complex software issues
You can manage your time and create organized project plans to ensure customer success post-onboarding
You always pay attention to the small details
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You are data-driven and results-orientated.
