Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial operations, overseeing accounting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Manage budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis aligned with organizational goals.
  • Execute monthly closing procedures and financial statement preparation.
  • Establish and uphold cost accounting systems and procedures.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators for strategic financial insights.
  • Collaborate with project managers for accurate project costing and financial control.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Deliver financial reports to senior management with key insights and recommendations.
  • Constantly assess financial processes for optimization opportunities.
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting and cost control software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
  • Solid grasp of budget management and financial forecasting.
  • Understanding of project accounting principles.
  • High integrity and professional ethics.
  • Experience with budget management and monthly closing procedures.
  • Proficient in accounting software and financial tools.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma/B. Tech in Cost Accounting or Management Accounting required.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in project accounting.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) advantageous but not mandatory.
