Key Performance Areas:

1.

Recruitment, Selection and Assessment:


  • Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with Creating and loading job requisitions to the internal CRM
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist in all aspects of recruiting functions including sourcing, competitive research and screening
  • Scheduling and coordinating logistics for interviews, including sending out calendar invitations using Outlook, setting up tests / assessments and video conferences
  • Provide recruiting coordination and support from intermediate to high level recruiting process
  • Conduct reference checks

2. On-boarding, Orientation and Off-boarding:

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees, including paperwork completion, orientation scheduling, and assistance with initial training.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with all new employee orientation and onboarding at Head Office and in countries where there is no HR representative.
  • Support with the coordination of the quarterly virtual orientation session for all new m2m employees.
  • Assist with maintaining the m2m virtual onboarding portal

3.

General Coordination:


  • Conduct Assist with coordination of HR related initiatives.
  • General administration and ad hoc admin support where required by line management or departments.
  • Job Requirements
    Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Administration or a relevant degree is preferable
  • 23 years' experience in Recruitment role
  • Ability to work onsite in Cape Town, South Africa.
  • 12 year's work experience in an NGO preferable
