The role of Knowledge Manager is to bring the experiences and impacts we deliver to life through meaningful stories, imagery and data.

To do this you will lead a team of interns to capture the right material to inspire others to want to join our programs and products.

You will work with our Marketing and Sales teams to increase leads, drive up conversions and to create inspiring content.


  • Recruit and lead a team of interns who will research and write stories, capture data and footage that continuously demonstrateproject impacts, volunteer activities and other interesting/useful/inspiring information across our ITG bases.
  • Directly run projects to build the relevant content to support Marketing and brand campaigns, both yourself and through your interns.
  • Create the structure of a knowledge library which is accessible, usable, creative and rich.
  • Ensure this knowledge library is continuously updated with content (stories, photos, video, interviews, etc) of various quality as agreed with the Marketing, Sales and Journey teams.
  • Guide your team in building relevant and highquality content from each Base ensuring a continuous flow of fresh content.
  • Work with the Operational Management team to collate qualitative and quantitative data to monitor and evaluate outcomes and impacts of projects on both the beneficiaries and participants, keeping data systems up to date with accurate data.
  • Identifying valuable experiences and creatively capturing this for external communications.
  • Communicate updates to the knowledgebase internally and regularly liaise with the ITG brands to ensure knowledge needs are being met.
  • Work closely with Brand Experience teams to ensure ITG customers are well informed and the business has all the tools required to enhance the customer journey.
  • Collate quarterly and adhoc reports on impact.
  • Bringing to life the qualitative and quantitative impact data.
  • Produce weekly/biweekly internal newsletters and publish these for the use of the Brand teams.
Work closely with Brand Management to define campaigns of work, opportunities and projects for your interns
