Teams Folders:

  • Properly rename documents for clarity and consistency.
  • Sort files into appropriate folders and ensure all folders are complete and uptodate.

Server Management:

  • Upload project folders to the server.
  • Create backups of the Teams folders to ensure data security.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are uploaded to the platform in a timely manner.

Historic Projects:

  • Review historic project files to ensure all documents are in place.
  • Rename and backup documents according to our new processes.

General Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform various other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 is required.
