Duties

  • Compiling weekly and monthly data
  • Preparing content for the company newsletters, website, and other
communications

  • Answering the phones promptly and assisting client's needs proficiently.
  • Processing service requests, sales orders, and invoices

  • Purchasing, negotiating contracts and vendor relations.
  • Implement the marketing strategies and campaigns organized by the department.

etc to stay up to date on the changing market behavior and culture.

research, financials, inventory and write reports.
Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferred and demonstrated experience and success with
customer-service and administrative functions

  • Experience with association management databases (MemberSuite, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; able to handle multiple tasks,
projects and priorities effectively and professionally.

  • Ability to work well in a small, highenergy organization; a team player willing to
take on new challenges with demonstrated ability to partner with staff and
member volunteers.

  • Computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheet, database, Internet
required.
