Are you ready to steer the course of change in the dynamic world of IT? Our client is searching for a Junior IT Change Manager, an essential role where you will be the driving force in managing and optimizing our IT Change Management process.


Key Responsibilities:

Process Ownership:
Take charge of the Change Management process, ensuring thorough governance of Change Requests before implementation.

Quality Assurance:
Review and document Implemented Changes, maintaining adherence to our high standards.

Process Innovation:
Design and implement the Kocho CAB processes, streamlining operations.

Operational Efficiency:
Focus on reducing the Change Management workload on our dedicated engineers, SDMs, and operational staff.

Guideline Development:
Create comprehensive Change Management Guidelines.

Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing timely updates and guidance.

Main Duties:

Change Coordination:
Oversee the overall change schedule across customer environments.

CAB Leadership:
Organize and lead meetings with the Change Advisory Board to address high-risk changes.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Effectively communicate the forward change schedule and promote continuous improvement.

Team Integration:
Collaborate closely with Project and Service Delivery Teams, integrating change management into onboarding/offboarding processes.

Change Communication:
Manage communication regarding change freezes and maintenance changes.

Risk Management:
Identify and pre-approve standard changes, mitigating potential risks.

Training & Documentation:
Lead the training and documentation of Change Management Guidelines for internal teams.

Skills & Experience - Essential:

  • Proven IT

Change Expertise:
Demonstrated success in complex organisational settings.

  • Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Managed Service Experience: Minimum 5 years in an IT Managed Service environment.
  • Interpersonal &

Team Skills:
Outstanding interpersonal skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively.

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on identifying risks.
  • ITIL Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes.
  • Exceptional Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.

Skills & Experience - Desirable:

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office suite and ITIL v4 or higher foundation.
  • Client Service Orientation: Impeccable relationshipbuilding skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Education: Ideally holding a degreelevel education.
