Job Description:

Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for boosting company culture and employee engagement? Join us as an
Internal Communications Specialist and play a key role in driving our internal communication initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communication & Initiative Planning & Delivery:

  • Conduct research for the development and design of internal communication strategies and initiatives that support a positive company culture and boost employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to update and maintain marketing and communication content, events, and processes.
  • Present updates to existing content and execution plans for approval.
  • Develop delivery and resource plans for ongoing and recurring programs and initiatives.
  • Implement programs and initiatives designed to support and strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate with communication platform teams to ensure content is delivered as per the agreed communication plan.
  • Identify and escalate program risks that could impact the success of initiatives.
  • Provide status update reports to program sponsors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor program expenditures and escalate any costs that exceed the budget.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and value of internal communication programs and propose improvements.

Internal Planning, Practices, and Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities related to the team's delivery processes.
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to internal communication practices.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders regarding updates or maintenance of internal communication and initiatives.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using communication platforms and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on continuous improvement
