What will you do?

  • This role resides in
    Diep River, Cape Town and reports to Collections Team Leader. The Debt Sales Administrator manages the sale of book process from start to finish and maintains the relationship with purchasers. You will also ensure dated sales are concluded within turnaround times, and at profitable margins. The incumbent does this by maintaining compliance requirements such as Treating Customers Fairly, adhering to FAIS and NCA requirements.

 Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensure sale selection, datawash, and the required exclusion processes are completed on all debt sales.
  • Ensure bidding process is completed accurately, and provide management with bidding information to select a successful purchaser.
  • Ensure contracts are completed, signed and sale proceeds banked within turnaround time.
  • Manage payments and commissions on sold accounts.
  • Manage debt sale mailbox and resolve queries within turnaround time


 Qualification and Experience
  • Matric / Grade 12 or international equivalent industry relevant training courses
  • Min 2 year's experience in a contact centre environment
  • Min 2 years experience in a similar sales role
