  • Implement and maintain HRIS systems, including data entry, system testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide support and training to HR and other stakeholders on the use of the HRIS system.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows and user manuals.
  • Work with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support HR decisionmaking.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS.
  • Stay current with new HRIS developments and technologies.
