What To Expect


This is a B2B outbound sales role (not cold calling), focused on driving the adoption of our clients' industry-first bespoke payments solution.


When a dealer buys a vehicle on the marketplace, our payments solution enables easy transfer of funds from the buying dealer to the vehicle seller, improving trust and reducing admin for the dealer.


As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for working with a portfolio of existing dealer clients and selling the benefit of the payment's solution, with a view to getting them to sign up to use it when purchasing cars from our sellers through our marketplace.


Our typical shift pattern involves:40 hours within the week, 10am-11pm Monday - Sunday, on a rotational basis.**
Please note. This position is based at our Boulevard office, Cape Town.

As part of #theAteam, you'll receive full training and support to be the voice of our client's brand. So, there's no room for average.


Key to delivering a world-class customer experience means relating to customers and being a great listener, with the ability to demonstrate empathy as you understand and proactively work to resolve any issues they experience both pre-and post-purchase.


Your role can include, but isn't limited to:

  • Driving adoption and engaging dealerships with our product.
  • Selling our payments solution to existing dealer clients.
  • Quickly building rapport & relationships with dealerships.
  • Managing an everchanging portfolio of accounts.
  • Building a strong pipeline of dealers to engage.

  • Minimum 1 year Sales experience in an outbound role.
  • Highest level of Education
  • Grade 1
  • Excellent Language B2-C
  • Driving adoption and engaging dealerships with our product.
  • Selling our payments solution to existing dealer clients.
  • Quickly building rapport & relationships with dealerships.
  • Managing an everchanging portfolio of accounts.
  • Building a strong pipeline of dealers to engage.
  • Ability to build relationships, quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A great telephone manner and the ability to talk engagingly to lots of different types of buyers, from Sales Executives to Managing Directors.
  • A proactive, selfmotivating team player.
  • A cando attitude.
