Supported by the most advanced technologies to monitor building costs, the landlord is looking for an experienced commercial property manager who will ensure that income is kept at maximum levels.
Your role will be to ensure that all tenants experience the precinct in the same exclusive way it was designed for.
Constantly on the move or on your phone, you will stay in close contact with service providers &with key decision makers with your tenants, to solve their problems before they have a chance to notice them A high level of attention to detail is required to ensure that all rentals go out correctly and on time, that budgets are adhered to, and that that monthly management packs are without fault.
Looking for a self-starter with a minimum of 5 years commercial property management experience, in combination with your degree in Property or finance.
