Managing the collections, credit and risk portfolio to minimise credit losses i.e.

Ensure the reduction of loss to the Group and increase of revenue through collections and recoveryManage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies in the recovery campaignsDevelop a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client serviceCultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME's, project managers and senior staff membersComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirementsEnsuring the best possible results are obtained from the Collections department through successful implementation of agreed campaignsPlan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation and achieve efficienciesManage own development to increase own competenciesYou will be an ideal candidate if you: Must be an admitted Attorney.
