My client who specialises in the manufacture of Plastics in South Africa is looking to employ an Administrative Assistant with a Finance background, working extensively on Quickbooks.


The role requires someone with the following experience:
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Assist with planning and implementing office systems.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Debtors Processing
Processing of purchase orders
Updating supplier spreadsheet
Checking supplier Invoice pricing against purchase orders
Check Invoices against price list.
Keep payment spreadsheets up to date.
Assist with compiling monthly Recons.
Check payment recons for Overseas payments.
Team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management.
Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management.
To provide a supportive and administrative function to the company.
Must be proficient in Quick books and Excel.
Experience in an Admin role
Pleasant telephone and customer etiquette
Ability to learn quickly.
Excellent administrative skills
Organized Punctual Multi-tasker.
Sales experience
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good numerical skills

R120, 000 to R200, 000 per annum
