Our client in the
Tourism industry is currently looking for an
Intermediate Consultant, in
Bryanston.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective, and costconscious travel service delivery that differentiates the business.
  • Ensure the ongoing of allencompassing viability of the division. The consultant will need to assist clients with navigational support and technical queries with reference to the online booking system.
  • Ability to work on the Amadeus/Galileo GDS.
  • Issue full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc.
  • Facilitate client prepayment requests.
  • Accurately complete all reissues.
  • Ability to complete all refunds accurately.
  • Ensure corporate fares are utilized, Limited QC rejections.
  • Ability to accurately conclude multisector/round the world reservations.
  • Clear Dashboards.
  • Clearing of TRF's within required SLA.
  • Clearing of Q's. Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings.
  • No tickets to be on the uninvoiced ticket list.
  • All ECC charges invoiced out the following day.
  • Understanding and adhering to the clients' travel policies and procedures.
  • The ability to advise the solution to the problem.
  • A client centric mentality, with consistent extra mile service.
  • Immediate attention to any client complaint.

Requirements:

  • Matric Qualification.
  • Travel Diploma.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience with at least 3 being in an intermediate role in a similar organisation.
  • Beginners and Intermediate Fares Course.
  • Ticket Reissue Course.
  • Ticketing Course.
  • Business with charm and savvy (Excluding External Applicants).
  • Customer Service Course.
  • Sound geographical knowledge.
  • Sound visa knowledge.
  • Amadeus.
  • The ability to do the following on a system:
  • Load a user.


 User details
  • Be able to allocate roles and cost centres and unlock the user.
  • Loading VIP Travellers and allocating the role and comments as well as updating.
  • Allocate travel policy by user/Send Registration mails.
  • Update current cost centres with correct approval groups.
  • Load approval Group and Allocate people to the group.
  • Load cost centre and allocate the roles and update to the correct BU.
  • Load a new BU/Account Number/credit card
  • Maybe only Seniors.
  • Amending Car hire rates and RAC when changed.

Remuneration:

  • Dependent on experience and qualification.

Salary:
R1,00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

  • Bryanston, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
