As the CISO at Hera Group, you will lead the charge in establishing and maintaining a robust cybersecurity posture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and stakeholders to define and execute strategies that protect digital assets and ensure compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security breaches.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to enhance the organization's security resilience.
  • Foster a securityconscious culture across the organization through training, awareness programs, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CISO or a senior leadership role in cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive change and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
