Job Description:

  • Assist the CA Integration Principal with the setting up of project management tools, document management tools and systems for document management.
  • Support Principal, HODs and Senior managers in the CA&SI team a with ad hoc information/ data requests and needs.
  • Align and work manage tasks with Document & Data Specialist.
  • Collect and reconcile information across Corporate Affairs & Sustainable Impact for integrated project management.
  • Track commitments stated in the function performance scorecard.
  • Track CA&SI functional compliance, policies, standards and handbooks for active use.
  • Liaise with CA&SI disciplines and ensure compliance of reporting with CA systems and processes.
  • Facilitate tool usage across disciplines; support teams with tool access and act as the goto person for tool/datarelated questions.
  • Analyses reports and data for accuracy.
  • Respond to requests and assess options for new data management tools.
  • Collect and store overarching CA&SI data and reports in relevant platforms/ tools.
  • Support Heads of Discipline in CA&SI team with administration, i.e. bookings, reconciliations, approvals, and strategic workshops set up.
  • Coordinate Purchase Requisitions for Heads of Discipline and ensure that these are captured on the SAP system.
  • Update tracker of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
  • Coordinate HOD Invoices with various processing departments when required
  • Manage associated HOD loaded items with GSS

Qualifications:

  • Post matric qualification.
  • Project Management basic training
  • Proficient knowledge in cost engineering, estimating, budgeting processes, analysis, forecasting and reporting within the built environment, industrial engineering or process controls environment.
