Relocations Administrator

Support the company with regards to corporate national and international moving
Keep record of all removals
Liaise with clients and sales departments
Ensuring all documents are received within the designated time frame
Communicate with sales reps and clients to obtain up to date shipment information
Assisting with quotations
Work with the relevant department so that the goods are suitably packed and shipped via the correct mode of transport.
Co-ordinate all removals this would involve a good understanding of destination requirements e.g. special packaging requirements etc.
Ensure customers are fully informed of the progress of their removals
Provide transport with the relevant information to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
Office Administration

Matric
Tertiary qualification will be adv
Minimum - 2 years' experience
Experience from the removals arena will be adv.

Good communication skills
Good presentation skills
People management
Self-starter, deadline driven and reliable
Be able to work in a team environment
Can work under pressure
Accurate and meticulous
Ability to problem solve
Salary:
