Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all Price lists
  • Complete all listing documents required for products to be listed with trade and upload into portals where relevant.
  • Following up on customer, supplier and internal sales quality of work input onto the system.
  • Liaising with Purchasing, Credit Control CS and Warehouse, confirming deadlines, and following up.
  • Data analytics of information received
  • CRM implementation
  • Execute new updated proposals with Sales Managers
  • Checking in with sales team on their responsibility.
  • Work closely with sales analyst to prepare Reviews for KAMS for their meetings
  • Maintain and update all prospects/leads.
  • Maintain the database with sales prospects, leads and clients
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
  • Arrange the distribution of samples to agents, trade and customers.
  • Arrange Merchandising Equipment and Point of Sale for promotional activities.
  • Support in coordinating with external marketing companies for promotional activities and events.
  • Assisting the sales team in daytoday tasks
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Filing of original client documents
  • General administrative duties
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Sales Admin: Assist sales team with all sales functions (Quotes, Orders, Deliveries, Follow Ups)
  • Pricing: correct updated pricing in ERP and loading of any deals
  • Assigning Sales Leads: Ensure sales opportunities are uploaded and updated daily
  • POS work closely with marketing on any POS coordination and distribution and Testers and reps boxes monthly that need to be packed up

Job Specifications

  • Graduate
  • Business or Marketing or Grade 12 with interest in sales or marketing and FMCG or currently in the field (sales rep) who wants to further career in sales at a head office environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Advanced MS Excel essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills
in English and Afrikaans

  • Highly organised, motivated and selfconfident
  • Ability to manage your time and prioritise effectively between strong sales Team members
  • Driven, with the ability to take the initiative
  • Previous Sales and/or Sales admin experience essential
  • Work under pressure and multi tasking
