ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you will be managing all our student finance administration. Working with our Student Finance Administrator, you will ensure structure, process and efficiently across our finance providers and platforms.

This role will require you to engage with students and assist with all finance related queries. You will mange the administration of monthly paying students onboarded to various platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working towards KPIs and exceeding admissions targets set by the Head of Admissions.
  • Maintaining strong longterm relationships with our customers
  • Ensuring all administration relating to admissions is completed effectively
  • Working closely with other teams and finding opportunities to optimise enrolments
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the elearning space
  • Identifying opportunities for new business within the market
  • Invoicing and upkeep of sheets (commercial)
  • Capturing payments on various platforms
  • Reconciliation of invoices
  • Data Capturing (General)
  • Onboarding calls conducted monthly with monthly paying students (not limited to)
  • Debit order collections and loading on the platform
  • FSP supporting documents creation and maintenance
  • Financial support queries responses

REQUIREMENTS:

_Minimum_:

  • 2+ years of professional, fulltime sales experience in a finance or administrative role
  • 1+ years' track record of meeting revenue targets and performance quotas
  • 1+ years of experience managing an accurate pipeline and reporting from a CRM
  • Ability to record productivity, report from and maintain sales CRM systems, spreadsheets, and collate market data
  • Fast learner, meticulous attention to detail with near perfect verbal and written communication skills.
  • A problemsolving and positive attitude with an interest in the future of education and online learning
  • Please note that this role contains shift hour requirements when needed
  • Proven track record of working within a customer experience role (verbal and written communication skills essential)

_Preferred_:

  • Prior experience in an education or elearning space
  • Related Marketing, Commerce or Tech Bachelors or Honours Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation
  • 1+ years of experience in a team leadership or senior role
