As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of these high-end residential projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a similar role, successfully managing the construction of at least 3 luxury, upmarket houses concurrently.
  • Possessing a tertiary qualification in Construction will be considered an added advantage.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction practices, including wet works, settingout, finishes, construction specifications, and the ability to read plans effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to efficiently manage each project and ensure adherence to deadlines for each phase of construction.
  • Diligent and accountable, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.
  • Exceptional work standards and keen attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
  • Demonstrated stability in career history, with a consistent track record of successful project management.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Effective project time management and planning, ensuring efficient progress and timely completion of each project.
  • Management of materials and equipment, ensuring adequate supply and effective utilization to support construction activities.
  • Implementation of quality control and assurance measures to maintain superior standards throughout the construction process.
  • Allocation of resources, including manpower and equipment, to optimize productivity and project efficiency.
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial parameters.

R31, R38,000.00 per month
