Responsibilities:

_MONTHLY/QUATERLY CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT_

  • Project manage the delivery of monthly Spectacular Special and quarterly Catalogues.
  • Brief the graphic design team on concepts and requires and oversee the delivery.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and samples with category.
  • Manage the critical path schedule to ensure that the project is brought in on time,

_ IN-FIELD SUPPORT COLLATERAL_

  • Develop and write all marketing and training collateral for products including, Zfolds, booklets, launch material in collaboration with the HOD and Category Managers.
  • Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments.
  • Create content such as product testimonials, case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts.
  • Overseeing the creation of sales and marketing tools.
  • In collaboration with the HOD and marketing agency craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, online ad campaigns and social media).
  • Manage the full brochure suite and ensure it's up to date and accurate.
  • Ensure that all brand collateral is in line with the brand, of a high standard and communicates appropriate information accurately and effectively.
  • Ensuring all communications that go out to customers is current and has all information required is correct.

_ PEOPLE_

  • Responsible for the leadership of the internal and external graphic designers.
  • Together with the HOD, implement effective recruiting methods and systems, ensuring all staff hold current employment agreements.
  • Provide ongoing support and leadership to the Marketing Services team.

_ VISUAL BRAND AND PRODUCT IMAGES & SIGNAGE_

  • Manage the company's visual image of banners and infield branding is update to date.
  • Manage the product photography library on Product Master to ensure that the correct images are published.

Requirements:

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales and/or Marketing
  • 35 years experience in a Marketing Role
  • Experience in a Direct selling/FMCG/Retail environment advantageous
  • Proven track record of experience and achievement in coordinating/implementing marketing campaigns.

Skills & Core competencies

  • Have keen eye for design, a creative passion and flair.
  • Highly skilled at running a great campaign from concept through to delivery
  • Being competent in allocating resources, monitoring, and reporting on the status of the project.
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables.
  • You will have solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills.
  • Great organizational competencies and be able to manage the creative process from start to finish.
  • Experience with photoshoots and photography
  • Experience with product packaging and design
  • Experience managing a graphic design team
  • Impressive copy writing skills.
  • Have a passion for the web and digital technologies is a plus.
  • Experience managing PR and marketing events.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment.
