We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting our products and services.

Utilize telesales techniques to effectively pitch and demonstrate the value of our offerings.

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.

Meet and surpass predetermined sales targets and quotas.

Offer accurate and detailed information to clients regarding our products and services.

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential customers.

Minimum Criteria:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
Matric (High School Diploma) or equivalent educational qualification.

A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a sales-related field.

Comfortable creating dialogues telephonically to engage with customers effectively.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).

A well-presented appearance.

Quick learner who can adapt to changing circumstances and products.

Initiative-taking attitude, proactive and self-motivated.

Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues.

Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must have the ability to commute or relocate to Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
