  • Working with the sales team to meet monthly sales goals and activity metrics
  • Preparing and following up on quotations for new customers
  • Creating sales orders for new customer purchases
  • Route calls to customers weekly
  • Executing product promotions
  • Upselling products to both existing and new customers
Customer Service
  • Maintaining superior customer service standards
