Our Junior Sales Consultant is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, identifying underperforming customers, and reporting concerns for follow-up. Internal sales also drive proactive sales initiatives.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Matriculated
- 5 years Sales Experience
- Demonstrated successful sales and customer service record
- Experience in the fire industry is beneficial
- Achieving and surpassing sales targets consistently
- Processing sales orders and quotations
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Promoting products and brands to new customers to boost sales and market share
- Following up on quotations
- Managing underperforming customers
- Working with the sales team to meet monthly sales goals and activity metrics
- Preparing and following up on quotations for new customers
- Creating sales orders for new customer purchases
- Route calls to customers weekly
- Executing product promotions
- Upselling products to both existing and new customers
- Maintaining superior customer service standards
- Striving for excellence in customer service consistently
- Establishing professional relationships with new and existing customers
- Meeting high service standards without exceptions
- Reporting any service delivery concerns or customer complaints
- Escalating warranties and non-conformities for resolution
- Contacting customers in advance to secure repeat business
- Assisting customers with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate contact
- Accurate reporting of sales activities, quotations, and customer performance
- Generating reports as per Management's requests
- Following up on quotations promptly
- Providing and updating information for underperforming customers
- Adhering to EH & S policies and principles
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Completing specific job-related tasks
- Performing additional duties as assigned by Management
