• Liaising with customers
• Maintaining units (elevators and escalators) as per planned maintenance
• Carrying out timeous repairs to prevent breakdowns
• Attending to call-backs, perform standby 24 hours and 7 days a week
• Actively promote "S" and "T" sales in the area, execute "T" service work
• Complete reports / timesheets as per requirements
• Ensure safe-keeping of company tools and equipment
• Train apprentice on site
