Manage main switchboard calls, messages; general office duties, including filing, supply of stationary, refreshments etc.

Answering customer enquiries and or passing them on to the appropriate department.

Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.

Assist Sales Administrator with customer quotations; ordering; invoicing and logistics.

Manage customer vendor status and registrations with customers databases.

Maintain record of customer transactions; information etc.


Assist Sales Administrator with Stock Control which includes weekly and or monthly count; differentiate between inventory; asset and consignment stock.

Stock replenishment where necessary.

Liaise with head office on any corporate affairs; ERP and CRM systems capturing
- create new customer accounts, contacts etc.

Maintain responsible corporate governance at all times.

Assist with any reasonable task required of you.

Minimum of 1-2 years general work experience in retail sales.

Good clear communication skills - spoken and written.

Good numeracy skills.

Good office admin skills, MS office skills.

Work onsite office based in Centurion, durban

Person in excellent health.

Salary:
From R5,654.00 per month
