A position for a
Creditors Clerk is available with a very well established, national client of ours, based in Goodwood, Cape Town.


This is a 6-month contract role

Salary is max R16K ctc per month

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a portfolio of suppliers
  • Capturing supplier invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Solving queries
  • Reconciling Supplier Account Statement (Creditors Reconciliation)
  • Loading payment for supplier based on supplier terms
  • Reallocating expenses to correct GL codes (journals)

Core Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers including communication with suppliers and other related parties.
  • Processing of Invoices
  • Attend to queries
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Vendor payments
  • Additional duties as designated by management

Experience:

  • Experience in a Creditors environment
  • Experience in a Finance environment
  • Experience in a Corporate / High Volume environment with large volumes and recons is an absolute must

Qualifications:

  • A financial diploma or degree will be beneficial
