We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Branch Manager to join our client and lead their branch to new heights of success.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Branch Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Branch Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including resource allocation, workflow management, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of technicians and staff, fostering a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and encouraging professional development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all mechanical work carried out by the branch is up to standard, adheres to industry regulations, and meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, provide technical guidance and support to the team, and facilitate ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, with a focus on technical operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical work and automotive systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in workshop management software and computer skills.

Salary:
R18, R25,000.00 per month
