An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified individual in the Wealth space.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive research and analysis of client portfolios, understand the individual balance sheets
  • Assist with financial planning, liaise with Wealth Managers for information on client portfolios
  • Produce investment proposals based on research, make sure proposals align to client needs
  • Manage client documents onboard, open accounts, maintain accounts
  • Ensure documents are accurate, complete and meets regulation requirements
  • Process transactions, liaise with internal teams to coordinate accurate processing of clients
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, respond to inquiries, provide updates
  • Admin duties, facilitate client meetings, prepare meeting documents, note meeting minutes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a completed CFP, RE5, Business Finance, Investments, Financial Planning Law, Financial Sciences, Investment Management, Economics
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within the financial services, wealth management industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about customer service and people
  • Computer literate, strong MS Office skills
  • High attention to detail
