Paraplanner - Pretoria North, Gauteng

Our client in the Financial Services sector is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their team.

**_Role and responsibility:_**
- Prepare & discuss client preparation with advisers well in advance.
- “Astute” downloads & obtaining information from outside companies / Obtain all information that is still outstanding on file, policy, and PF information.
- Ensure each clients Revision is scheduled per SLA status after all tasks has been finalized with relevant notes.
- Financial Analysis
- Update and create client information.
- Load Client and full details onto system.
- Record of Advice & Recommendations.
- All quotations from CCC, Amendments & New Business.
- Paperless Recommendations & Binding of Recommendations.
- Obtain short-term and medical information needed for planning.
- Ensure all documents are completed correctly, as well as debit order dates.
- Continuous feedback to clients & fellow employees.
- Fund amendments & conversions.
- Income Revisions.
- Testament & Will Registrations - Signed Will to be sent to office & place on Testament list.
- Requesting new/existing Wills and drafting.
- Debit orders follow up.

**_Requirements:_**
- Previous experience with financial planning (Risk/retirement/Investment, etc.)
- RE5 (RE1 - will be advantageous)
