JOB SUMMARY

Position responsible for overseeing food and beverage/culinary operations, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards, and meeting financial goals.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience


- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area.

OR


- 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or similar; 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area.

Assisting in Food and Beverage Operations

- Builds relationships with guests for repeat business.


Additional Responsibilities as Assigned

- Compliance with corporate accounting procedures.

- Support GM with annual Quality audit.
