We are looking for an experienced
Senior Conveyancing Secretary to join our team.

Responsibility:

Work on bond instruction from inception to completion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 years related experience


 Grade 1
  • Postmatric qualification will be advantageous.
  • LexisConvey, e4, Stordoc, LexisSign and GhostPractice software experience

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Sound knowledge of bond registration working with ABSA, Standard Bank, Investec and FNB.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Able to work well as part of a team.

Salary:
From R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Paarl,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
