Overview:


Our client, a global Asset Manager is looking to hire an enthusiastic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a team that's driving significant change and looking to make a meaningful impact.

This position will report directly to the Head of Human Capital.

The HRBP will be required to support and lead the implementation of the HR strategy across the employee lifecycle, as well as work closely with people managers to lead and implement effective HR initiatives that deliver engaging employee experiences and drive high performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with functional leaders and people managers to ensure appropriate talent, succession and diversity & inclusion plans are in place
  • Provide innovative, informed and pragmatic solutions to a variety of complex HR issues taking full account of internal policies, HR best practice, legislative practice, equality and regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers, equipping managers to deal with HR related matters in a correct and compliant way
  • Manage the implementation and execution of the cyclical HR processes with the aligned business priorities e.g. performance management and remuneration reviews
  • Support and lead the implementation of HR initiatives to shape and evolve our culture and ensure our values are embedded across various touchpoints
  • Provide change management support for all organisational changes
  • Use insights from people analytics and trends to support the implementation of key employee programs
  • Facilitate group sessions as part of engagement initiatives as needed
  • Manage third party relationships to ensure effective delivery against internal needs

Requirements:

  • Degree in organisational psychology or related field (postgraduate degree is preferred/advantageous)
  • 6+ years' experience in an HR generalist capacity
  • Experience in leading initiatives in an area of specialisation in multiple HR areas such as learning and development, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, rewards and benefits
  • Experience implementing and working with a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of labour law and ability to translate this into advice on various people matters
