Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12, ND Diploma or similar,
  • Post Grad Project Management qualification or PMP Certification.
  • 5 years' experience in Project Management environment, with in depth knowledge of Project Management practice (PMBOK) with 7 years' experience in the Telecom industry.
  • 3 years in Fibre and Radio network construction and Wi-Fi Hotspots deployment

Key Performance Areas:

  • Appointment of Project Managers to manage the daytoday activities of project deliverables nationally as per the defined processes.
  • Prepare the project investment pack, submit and follow up on the approval by CISC, EXCO, Board and or Shareholder
  • Manage the project team, key stakeholders, external suppliers/ contractors and provide regular progress feedback
  • Provide regular reporting on project status, track risks and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Oversee the project work, manage multiple and simultaneous inter dependencies end toend and manage the project team, key stakeholders, external suppliers/ contractors and provide regular progress feedback
  • Ensure strict adherence to Capital Programme Management
- policies, governance, processes and procedures.

  • Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, scope, and quality requirements
