Responsibilities

  • Represent the dealership at reception, welcome customers, book in units for repairs/servicing.
  • Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule, and book appointments, facilitate units and customer dropoffs and pickups.
  • Assist with parts sourcing, and pricing and create quotes for customers' approval.
  • Provide customers with feedback and information regarding the progress of unit repairs.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with fleet customers, to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Complaints handling to resolution.
  • Any other related duties as required by the Managing Director and Workshop Manager when required.
  • Greet customers and offer excellent customer service.
  • Maintain customer records and enter data into dealership system.

Qualifications

  • Min of 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor with a strong administration
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes and systems (workshop management system)
  • Experience with corporate dealerships / and volume brands
  • Track record of reaching targets
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities
  • Excellent administrative abilities
  • Grade 12 Matric + Driver's license
  • Computer literate / Pastel / Excel / Kerridge / Pinnacle (adv)
  • Customer friendly and service orientated.
  • Able to work in a highly pressurised environment.

Salary:
R18,000.00 per month
