We are a small Fourways-based business located near Fourways mall looking for someone to assist with day-to-day front desk duties.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers
  • Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Answering all calls and directing as needed
  • Assisting customers with hiring, returns, minor account queries
  • Advising customers of terms and conditions of hire
  • Basic front desk debtor management
  • Assisting in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or relevant qualification.

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.

Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Basic computer skills.

Salary:
