  • Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Developing and implementing content strategies aligned with business goals, oversee content creation, distribution, and performance analysis.
  • Applying UX design principles and conduct user research to enhance website and app interfaces for improved user satisfaction and conversion rates.
  • Utilizing analytics tools to track campaign performance, user behavior, and conversions, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Managing CRM software to enhance customer relationships, personalize communications, and analyze engagement data.
  • Overseeing content creation, scheduling, and analytics across key social media platforms. Stay updated on trends and optimize performance. Experience with paid campaigns and influencer partnerships is a plus.
  • Implementing SEO and SEM strategies to improve website ranking, drive organic traffic, and manage paid search campaigns.
  • Leading digital marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, aligning digital strategies with the overall brand vision.
Qualifications
  • Matric (Required)
  • BCom in Marketing or a related qualification
  • Certification in Digital Marketing
Skills
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in social media and content management
  • 3 years of P&L (Profit & Loss) responsibility
  • Must have experience in data analysis and analytics
  • Must have solid knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Must be Proficient in managing website content through CMS platforms.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage customer data and automate marketing communications is essential
