Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed troubleshooting and provide escalations to the Development (DEV) team where necessary.
  • Apply SQL knowledge and database concepts, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with TSQL, writing and optimizing queries as needed.
  • Assist with user training, guidance, and troubleshooting to resolve application-related issues.
  • Support the roll-out of new software applications and system updates.
  • Provide advanced technical support for application-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to Ticket Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and follow up on resolutions.
  • Test and provide feedback on new system enhancements and updates.
  • Maintain master data and ensure consistency across systems.
  • Assist the team with SQL writing and complex troubleshooting tasks.

Requirements:
  • Completed Diploma in an IT related field.
  • 3â5 years of experience in a client-facing environment.
  • 5â10 years of hands-on experience with SQL (including TSQL).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
  • Proven track record in software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Familiarity with Fresh Service, Freshdesk, GitLab, ASANA would be advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of remote software tools (e.g., RDP, TeamViewer, VPN).
