  • Industry certifications in networking, programming, systems operations (advantageous).
  • Background in the healthcare technology sector is preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years in IT specializations (project planning, system design, programming, etc.).
  • At least 10 years leading an IT department.
  • Experience in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
  • Healthcare insurance industry experience (advantageous).
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • Expertise in IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Project management proficiency.
Additional Requirements
  • Proficiency in English & Afrikaans.
  • Valid drivers license.
