Minimum Requirements: 

Grade 12/ Senior Certificate with post matric Certificates relevant to NQF Level 6.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer Literacy skills and the ability to interact with different stakeholders.

Skills and Abilities: 

Ability to interact effectively at all levels of government and diamond and precious metals industries.  Ability to plan and execute projects and to complete work within required deadlines.  Must be able to Communicate and be attentive, Interpersonal, Time management and Customer services.  Detail-oriented, reliable, friendly attitude, good telephonic etiquette.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressured environment.

Duties: 

 Handle reception enquiries appropriately and professionally.   Coordinate, create, and place content for the SADPMR’s social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, as part of an internal marketing team. Handling queries by the phone, email, typing reports, and letters, photocopying & printing, ordering supplies, setting up meetings & taking minutes.   Organising and storing paperwork and computer-based information.   Booking conference and meeting room facilities.  Organising staff’s travel and accommodation requirements.   Assist on updating and maintaining websites using a Content Management System
