SUMMARY OF ROLE CONTENT:

Stays abreast of team’s activities & major events. Stays abreast of administrative procedures. Performs Office/departmental liaison. Administrates office consumable items. Executes front desk reception (if required). Oversees cleaning staff and kitchen activities. Performs general office administration support. Receives & processes maintenance requests. Assists manager with job allocation/communication. Tracks job completion. Alerts manager of aging/outstanding jobs. Coordinates the execution of allocated tasks. Drafts/collates/extracts job statistics & progress reports. Stays abreast of reception policies, procedures & budgets.            Stays abreast of reception & switchboard requirements. Stays abreast of emergency safety protocols.       Acts as first-line contact for outsourced security-, cleaning- & canteen staff. Monitors customer service at front desk. Raises purchase orders for goods & services from facilities suppliers. Monitors service provision (quality, timeliness, etc).
