Requirements

Grade 12 + A National Diploma in Public Administration / Office Management.  B Degree or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.  1 to 2 years of experience rendering administrative functions or data capturing.  Understanding of the CSOS Act, 2011.  Computer Literate: MS Office 365 applications.  Sound knowledge of administration. 

Key Performance Areas 

Registration of dispute applications and management of records system.  Registration of schemes and maintenance of governance documentation.  Maintenance of accurate information.  Maintenance of Amendment of Particular and Waiver’s database.  Allocation of dispute resolution & scheme governance files to CSOS staff.  Ensure compliance with dispute and governance standard operating procedures (SOP) within CSOS.
