Key Performance Areas (KPA) and Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Profitability:

6. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Measure: Audit results, compliance metrics.

7. Financial Analysis and Optimization:

Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to assess branch performance and identify areas for improvement. Measure: Financial KPIs, cost-saving initiatives.

8. Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction:

Develop and implement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Measure: Efficiency improvements, cost reduction percentages, customer feedback.

9. Customer Service Excellence:

Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Measure: Resolution time, customer satisfaction scores.

10. Strategic Collaboration:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term business strategies. Measure: Successful implementation of strategic initiatives, achievement of long-term goals.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Proven experience in wholesale or distribution management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of wholesale industry practices, trends, and regulations.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP software.
7. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and performance metrics.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
