You will take the lead in overseeing and managing the entire planning and delivery process of our state-of-the-art utility-scale renewable energy plants.

This Independent Power Producer (IPP) takes integration and innovation to a new level. They are looking to the future, finding flexible, low-cost alternative energy solutions for their customers. With over 500MW of utility scale projects in development, they aim to deliver up to 10GW of clean energy in the next 10 years

Duties & Responsibilities

Your mission is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will coordinate the activities of all involved parties, including EPC Contractors, Original Equipment Suppliers, O&M Contractors, Owners Engineers, and third-party consultants, ensuring everyone fulfills their contractual obligations seamlessly. You’ll keep a keen eye on project spending and schedules, quickly addressing any deviations and keeping key stakeholders well-informed about project status and performance

Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Engineering, QS or Construction Management related Degree
  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
  • 5-10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the power generation industry, with preferably the renewable energy industry
  • Over 3 years site experience in the Engineering/Construction industry
  • Risk management and/or change management experience.
  • Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite and MS Projects
  • Proficiency in other project management software tools
  • Legislation, Policies, Procedures and Standards
  • Project Management
