WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Sample Preparer to join the team in Rustenburg. Your role will involve effectively preparing all received samples timeously as per Sample Preparations procedures to ensure a high degree of precision and accuracy is achieved from subsequent analytical procedures whilst complying with all SHEQ procedures.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Competencies

Ability to follow instructions accurately. Good timekeeping and Attention to detail. Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to perform duties under pressure. Good understanding of sample preparation processes. Ability to work as part of a team. Computer Literacy – Microsoft Office. Good customer service skills. Honest, Sober Habits, Adaptable and Flexibility. Must have good housekeeping skills. Strict adherence to health and safety procedures. Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently. Basic knowledge and understanding of ISO17025 requirements. No criminal record.

 Required work experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sample Preparation in Laboratory environment. (Advantageous).

Required Qualifications

Grade 12 (With Maths & Science)
